Mid-year check in (2022)

As we pass the mid-year mark of 2022, we are just weeks away from the first anniversary of the withdrawal from Afghanistan. The devastation of that event shone a light on the absolutely critical work that our special forces (and military) provide every day, typically under the radar. It also highlighted the critical importance of being able to provide support on a trigger’s notice, because that is precisely what is required of our military operators.

Green Berets are known as the “Silent Professionals”. 99% of the time, we’ll never truly know the details of the work they do. They don’t speak of it. Even when we know of the 1%, we simply can’t provide details. This of course makes it difficult to truly convey to you the importance of each and every dollar you have donated, or each person you have shared this organization with. However, we have been authorized to share this list, showing the equipment purchased. You’ll note items as basic as boots; as specific as climate-controlled blood transfusion coolers, allowing our team medics to better treat his brothers on the battlefield.

We are a 100% donation-based 501(c)(3) that solely exists to support deployed special forces soldiers. Our mission is simple: we do everything in our power to equip our deployed special forces soldiers who are in active combat zones.

The soldiers we support engage in missions around the world, in a variety of terrains. This naturally means that different equipment may be required on different missions. For example, ops in the mountains may require winter boots. Ops in the jungle will require various pieces of waterproof  gear.

In short, our military relies upon our Green Berets to be flexible, mobile, and continuously adaptive. Their equipment must reflect the same, to maintain the highest level of safety per mission. Below is a list of items provided to Green Berets in 2021:
